Flavours of the Lion City celebrates the melting pot of cultures that define Singapore. These are Singapore classic dishes that you don’t want to miss:

Seafood on Ice
Seafood lovers will love the seafood on ice selection. There are Boston Lobster, Half Shell Scallops, Tiger Prawn, and various types of Oysters.
Diverse Array of International Dishes
The buffet at Edge extends far beyond local and National Day-inspired delicacies.
Meat lovers can head to Churrasco carving for crispy roasted pork, Bavarian pork knuckle, roasted beef tomahawk.
Carb lovers, don’t miss out the live pasta station, hand-stretched pizza, seafood paella.
Dessert
A buffet isn’t complete without dessert. Hidden in the corner of the restaurant is the dessert station featuring a wide selection of desserts, from local kuehs, cakes, to ice creams.
National Day inspired desserts that you should try include Deep-fried Durian, Banana & Chempedak Ball, National Day signature Chempedak Cake, Durian Pengat, Milo Dinosaur Panna Cotta, Lychee Bandung Compote Trifle, Kopi O Cake, Onde Lamington, Pulut Hitam Soup, and assortment of charming Rainbow Roti Ice Cream Sandwiches.
There are also classic desserts, such as macarons, chocolate fondue, gelato, and tiramisu.
The drink station is another delight! There are various familiar flavours available at the Old School Pop-up Drinks Stall, such as Teh Tarik, Iced Limau, Soya Chin Chow. Also, don’t miss out the famous “Singapore Sling”, served as a delicious mocktail.

Price for 9 Jul – 8 Aug: $108++/adult, $54/child (6 – 12 years old) from Thu to Sat; and $92++/adult, $46 per child (6 – 12 years old) from Sun to Wed.
Price for 9 Aug: $128++/adult, $64/child (6 – 12 years old).
The price includes complimentary coffee, tea, teh tarik, iced limau, and soya chin chow.
