Located at Level 3 of Pan Pacific Singapore, Edge is a 330-seater food theatre award-winning buffet restaurant. There are not 1, not 2, but 7 open kitchens where the chefs prepare your food right in front your eyes!
It’s one of the biggest buffet restaurants in Singapore. There are so many food, it’s quite possible that you’ll not be able to eat every single items on the menu in a single visit!
If you’re someone who prefers to eat buffet in the afternoon rather than evening, this Sunday brunch is a great choice. And if you have young kids in your family, they will be well-entertained by the roving balloon sculptor and kids play area, which I’ll share more later in this article.
The main highlight of the brunch is definitely the free flow alcoholic beverages, including Tattinger Brut Réserve Champagne, house red, house white, beer, spirit and cocktails.
As I’m still nursing my 5-month-old, I wasn’t able to enjoy the alcoholic beverages, but I was perfectly happy with my Virgin Mojito and fruit juices. Meanwhile, my hubby loves the champagne so much, he still talks about it days later.

There’s a talented balloon sculpture who roves around the restaurant making cute balloon animals and characters for the guests. My daughter got a colourful flower balloon and she was so excited.
There’s a new Kids Play Area filled with toys, games and event tents! Not just that, there’s also a kids’ buffet line with their own chocolate fondue! Edge Restaurant sure knows how to please both adult and kid guests.
Now, let’s dive into the main focus of the brunch: the food!
At the “Seafood on Ice” section, there is quite an expansive spread of fresh seafood, including freshly shucked Oysters, Snow Crab Leg, Boston Lobster, Tiger Prawns, Pacific Clam, Half Shell Scallops, Sea Conch, Black Mussel and Crawfish.
A little bit further from the seafood section is the crab section. There are Salt Baked Crab, Singapore Chili Crab with Golden Mantou, and Salted Egg Yolk gravy to accompany your crab.
Meat lovers will be pleased to know they’ll be pampered with a huge selection of quality meat, including Golden Pig (aka roasted pork), Pork Knuckle, Lamb Biryani, Roasted Veal Leg, Sirloin Steak, Assorted Cured Hams and Cured Salmon Station with Poached Whole Norwegian Sustainable Salmon.
There are also Asian dishes you should not miss, such as Peking Duck, Roasted Duck, Roasted Chicken, Honey Glazed Char Siew, Laksa, Yong Tau Foo, and Old Cucumber Spare Ribs.
At the Local Delight buffet line, there are Beef Rendang, Sambal Udang Petai, Satay, Crackers, Mixed Vegetable Curry, Palak Paneer, Green Moong Dal Curry, Naan, Cereal Prawn, Fried Bean with Minced Meat, Crispy Spicy Chicken, Braised Pork Belly and many more.
If you’re looking for something light, there’s a salad station with various dressing and toppings. There’s also a Japanese section with Sashimi, Maki, Sushi.
I love the Lobster Benedict, as well as hand-stretched pizza and live pasta station (get the Aglio Olio, it’s so good!).
Another section I absolutely love is the dessert section! I mean, look at these! Beautiful, colourful, intricately shaped canapé cakes that melt your heart.
I truly enjoyed these macarons as well as the floating mochi.
As if the canapé cakes, macarons and mochis are not enough, there are more cakes: Burnt Cheesecake, Chempedak Cake, Praline Cake and Red Velvet Cake.
And nope, that’s not all. There’s still another dessert section with pastries, chocolate fondues, assorted kuehs and gelato!
We ended the brunch with very full and happy tummies. It’s a great day out for our family. It’s one of the best buffet experiences we’ve had in Singapore. I highly recommend this buffet if you’re looking for a buffet with a wide selection of high-quality food.
