The festive season is finally here! Christmas and New Year Eve are coming and I can already feel the festive vibe in the air everywhere I go!
One of my favorite things to do during the festive season is to stuff myself up with festive meals. And one of the best places to do that is Edge, the award-winning buffet restaurant at Pan Pacific Singapore.

I went to Edge for the Festive Buffet with my hubby and my 9-month-old. And look at how pretty the Christmas decoration at Pan Pacific Singapore is!
From 21 November 2024 to 1 January 2025, Edge presents Festive Dining experience with extravagant buffet spread, featuring traditional festive delights, international cuisines, premium seafood selection, succulent roasts and the season’s favorites.
The highlight of the festive buffet menu are Slow Roasted Black Angus Beef Prime Ribs, Maple-glazed Gammon Ham with Spiced Apple Marmalade, and Baked Sustainable Salmon Filet with Creamy Polenta and Caviar Beurre Blanc.
Not to be missed from the Live Grill station are Pan-seared Foie Gras with Lobster Tails, Pumpkin Spice, Bourbon Peach Jam, and Toasted Brioche.
The charcuterie and cold cuts, made in-house by our hotel’s master butcher Chef Haiko Mayer, include Foie Gras Terrine and Duck Rillettes, Christmas Citron Thyme Bratwurst, Home-cured Beef Salami, Paprika Lyoner, and Meatloaf.
Seafood lovers will be glad to know that Edge has an expansive spread of fresh seafood, including freshly shucked seasonal Oysters, King Crab Leg, Boston Lobster, Tiger Prawns, Pacific Clam, Half Shell Scallops, Sea Conch, Black Mussel and Crawfish.
My photos below don’t do justice to the amount of seafood available at Edge. The seafood look too little in my photos because they get snapped by patrons as soon as the chef places them on the ice tray. That’s how popular the seafood is.
It isn’t Edge Restaurant if there isn’t a wide range of international cuisines and local delights. I love the pizza and pasta stations, Indian food, Malaysian food, Japanese food.
At the local section, there are roasted duck, yong tau foo, kueh pie tee, cereal prawn, spare ribs and many more.
There are too many sections for me to mention here, you can check the full menu to see what’s being offered.
One of the crowd favourites seems to be the Penang Char Kway Teow station. You can request for a full portion live from the chef if he/she is around. If you’re not a carb-heavy eater, you can scoop some kway teows from the buffet line.
Lastly, there is an irresistible assortment of festive treats at the dessert bar, including Christmas Fruit Cake, Plum Pudding, Christmas Stollen, Log Cakes. On top of that, there are also chocolate fondue with fresh cut fruits, gelatos, and cold desserts including Crème Brûlée and Durian Pengat.
Festive Buffet is available for lunch and dinner, from 21 Nov 2024 to 1 Jan 2025. The price and menu varies depending on the date. Check here for the detailed prices and menu.
For all dates, choose to add on SGD90 for unlimited Champagne and alcoholic beverages or SGD48 for unlimited alcoholic beverages.
