Are you visiting Singapore in 2023 as a short-term visitor? If yes, Singapore Tourism Board is giving you a complimentary experience 🥳🎉 With almost 40 experiences, there’s definitely something for everyone!
In this guide, I’ll share with you all the details about SingapoRewards, including who is eligible, how to redeem the free experiences, and what experiences are available.
Looking for ideas on what to do in Singapore? Here’s my guide on the best things to do in Singapore.
Who can get free experiences in SingapoRewards?
You can get a free experience with SingapoRewards if you satisfy all 3 conditions below:
- Entering Singapore as a short-term visitor and not a resident
- Arriving by flight
- First time redeeming a free experience under SingapoRewards
It doesn’t matter what your nationality is, as long as you arrive in Singapore by flight. That means, you can’t take bus/train/taxi/boat from Malaysia, and you can’t take ferry from Batam/Bintan.
This program is not available for Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents and Long Term Pass Holders.
If you are eligible for SingapoRewards and you want to bring someone who is not eligible, you can purchase additional tickets for your companion. To do so, you need to book your free experience first, then you will receive a link where you can purchase the additional tickets.
How to redeem free experiences in SingapoRewards?
- Step 1 – Create or sign in to your Visit Singapore account
- Step 2 – Browse experiences that you are interested in
- Step 3 – Make the booking
- Step 4 – Verify your arrival in Singapore to receive your ticket
- Step 5 – Present your ticket at the experience to redeem your SingapoRewards
What experiences are available in SingapoRewards?
There are almost 40 experiences you can choose from, at the time of writing. For ease of viewing, I’ll categorize them into relevant categories.
